As a dog walker, I encounter a lot of “irresponsible pet owner situations”. If you live in a neighborhood where people are outside, your dogs should not be in the front yard with no collar or recall skills. Your dogs should NOT leave your yard and aggressively run up on another dog walking. How irresponsible to WALK behind them yelling as if they listen. Im a defensive dog walker and I’m very aware of my surroundings. I turn around and keep it moving whenever a situation is odd.
