Day # 128 of posting every day until more people see my page...

The look I get when I don't toss the treat after counting to 3. Utter confusion, with a pinch of "How dare you?!?" 😆

..I am only 4 followers away from 900! I'm so thankful to all the followers I have now, and grateful for the ones to come. If you have any freinds that are dog lovers please invite them to my page and help me grow. Thank you all so much for following my work!

It's officially day # 123 of posting every day until more people see my pictures...

This is my favorite kind of shot to do...the treat catch. I assume I like it because it's challenging yet feels like a breeze. I love the suprise of the image popping up on the screen after each toss to see what I've captured. We don't see in 1/19,000 to 1/56,000 of a second increments...so we're essentially freezing a tiny window in time.
I never know exactly if I nailed my timing or not until/unless I check the playback preview...and I definitely don't check it for every shot. I can tell when I miss the window, so I usually only check mid-session when I think I got something saucy. If it makes me laugh when I first see it, it's a keeper...that's my general rule of thumb.
