When you’re a small business owner, “employee onboarding” sometimes looks a little different. 😂

No gloves? No problem. Doggy p**p bags to the rescue. 🐾🗑️

While out in the local park during employee onboarding, we took a few minutes to pick up trash—not because it’s our job, but because our community matters to us.

We don’t want kids or dogs getting into something that could hurt them, and if we see trash that can safely be picked up, why leave it there?

It’s the little things. 💙

Meet Ella 🐾

With decades of experience caring for pets and 9 years in customer service, Ella brings experience, empathy, and a genuine love for animals to every visit. While she has a soft spot for all pets, cats hold a special place in her heart.

Outside of pet care, Ella enjoys swimming, reading, hiking, painting, watching movies, and spending time with her own pets. She especially loves being a big sister and considers empathy one of her greatest strengths. She also loves spending time near Codorus, listening to the wildlife and enjoying the peacefulness of nature.

Most importantly, Ella wants clients to know that she will love your babies like her own—but even more importantly, she will love them the way you do when you’re home. She understands that every pet has their own personality, routines, comforts, and quirks, and she believes in honoring the relationship you share with them while you’re away.

Meet Jaela! 🐾

With over 10 years of experience caring for pets and seven years in customer service, Jaela brings both compassion and professionalism to every visit. Dogs have always held a special place in her heart, and she truly believes that the little things can make a big difference in helping a pet feel happy, safe, and loved. She’s also a proud and passionate defender of bully breeds, and has a special place in her heart for these often-misunderstood dogs.

Outside of pet care, Jaela enjoys training her own dog, making jewelry, spending time with family, and listening to music. She also has an appreciation for quiet moments and solitude, and hopes to one day learn how to sing.

Most importantly, Jaela wants you to know one thing: she genuinely loves your dog! 🐾

Jaela is available on a limited basis and will step in as needed to provide quality, consistent care for our clients. We’re excited to have someone with her experience, compassion, and background joining our team, and we look forward to introducing her to more of our wonderful clients and their pets.
