Moon ( Mr. Knightley) was our last pup to leave our home over the weekend and this is one of the last pictures I captured of him. We miss them all dearly but trust they will love life with their new families and be a blessing wherever they go. We plan to stay closely in touch and schedule playdates too. It was such a strange feeling waking up this morning to an empty puppy room and no more puppy kisses. So far all our families are so happy with their new additions and it makes me proud of all the work Indy and I put in together to make sure these babies grew up healthy and well rounded. It brings me great joy even though goodbye is still bittersweet and I'll find myself looking at pictures daily. We took Indy on a long hike this evening to try to ease the loss. She seems to be doing really well considering. We're taking her to a national park soon to give her a little vacation of her own.

Our Jane Austen litter turned 7 weeks old Saturday! I didn't get photoshoot done this past weekend but will be prioritizing professional pictures this coming weekend! 😍

We exposed them to the sound of a nail dremmel. They all weren't fans but eventually settled in my lap. Next is tooth scaler but I'm predicting they won't be fans of that either, lol. We also will be introducing clicker training and a dog whistle for recall. They are gradually understanding the concept of "sit" on command to be let out of their playpen. Potty training seemed like it was improving for a moment but they still tend to want to go on the turf but also anywhere. I'm hoping we'll see some improvement in the next few weeks. We're all looking forward to our play date this weekend with their future families. 💖🥰💖 Also, Indy found baby bunnies and brought one into outdoor playpen. We put all the babies back in their nest and covered with boards to try to make it better protected. We'll let mama bunny take it from here! Lol

We've been working on desensitization tonight with all the loud city noises, construction sounds, playgrounds, fireworks and different dogs barking. They did not seem phased by any of them! They sometimes would pause for a half second when a new sound began and then they would resume playing. We also are practicing using stairs, which Holly ( Ms. Lizzie) is the first one to master! She's the firstborn and clearly a leader. They're now on solid kibble only, which they like to carry around and drop in random places. They're doing better at using their grass pad to potty. I even saw one of the boys trying to kick up dirt to cover up his #2. Sorry, no dirt inside to help you with that one. I ordered Indy a surgery suit to help wean the puppies by this weekend. I'm sure they're not going to like it and they'll be confused as to what happened to their free milk bar!? 🤭 Everyone got weighed in tonight and everyone is gaining steady.

Had our friends over today to play and everybody took a really long nappy after all the fun! Today was the most running they've done in their lives and they were pooped! I regret not taking any videos but my phone wants to keep telling me I have no storage left, even after deleting 7k photos. 😂
