Holy cow!!! Look at the difference! This is Miss Willow on her first groom with me (left) vs today’s groom (right) she’s proof that with practice, patience, and consistency, that what seems impossible is most definitely possible! When I first started working with her I couldn’t take anything near her face without her freaking out and rightfully so, Scissors by an eyeball is scary! Clippers were equally as scary too, the noises are just too much for her, but her and I had a compromise and decided that clippers were the least scary and the safest option to use to trim her face. Her entire face was done with clippers today 😂 she definitely taught me a new way to give a haircut and it’s definitely not the traditional way to trim a dogs face but hey! Not all dogs fit in the same box and we do what we can to keep our dogs happy and stress-free and if placing her hair between my fingers and cutting it off with my clippers works then that’s just we are gonna do! I think she turned out pretty good if I do say so myself 😂

Anyways, let’s give Miss Willow a round of applause for being so brave today because she definitely deserves it!
