🚨 FOSTER NEEDED FOR JUST ONE WEEK 🚨

These three adorable puppies arrive Monday night.

Normally they’d stay at our rescue, but the rescue property is still without power. Unless we can find a foster, these babies will be recovering from their spay/neuter surgeries in an RV running on a generator.

We’re hoping someone can offer them something better—a couch, a bed, and a little love for just ONE WEEK.

🐾 Approximately 4 months old
🐾 Fully vaccinated
🐾 Sweet, social, and affectionate
🐾 Working on potty training and doing great
🐾 Surgery scheduled Wednesday

These puppies came from a family that was struggling and considering giving them away  unvaccinated, and still able to breed. We were able to help, get mom spayed, and make sure these babies received proper veterinary care. Now they’re healthy, safe, and almost ready for forever homes.

If you can temporarily foster these three from 6/8 to 6/16  please let me know this is an urgent need as their surgeries are scheduled! We desperately need them to be indoors at a Foster during their healing 🐾🖤🐾
 Healing just requires minimizing play keeping things, calm and loving on them,  there are no medical tasks required. They are completely vaccinated and have good manners for little ones

*ALSO A REMINDER: We are the holding facility for Guntersville City Animal Control ONLY. We do not accept any surrenders or strays from outside of city limits or especially other counties. If you are outside of Guntersville city limits, you need to reach out to the proper authority in your jurisdiction - not GPD.*

It is always unfortunate when we have someone brought into our shelter in a way like this, (because it can be so much more difficult to find their owner!) so we'll need everyone's help sharing this one!

This dog was dropped without our choice in our lobby by someone who claimed to pick them up all the way back in Priceville while on I-65. We aren't sure why this pup made it to Guntersville, but they're here now! They are not microchipped, but it truly seems like this dog has a specific owner and they got loose. Lets get them reunited!

Three puppies in need of a Foster from June 10 through June 15 two males one female, black and brown and one brown and fuzzy picture below. They will be the last three pictures.

Just up front - fostering is a vital gift with an unknown time span 🐾🖤🐾
It is not “a dog house and food” it is a heroes job! A dedicated activity with neutering or spay commitment (rescue sponsors all ofc food equipment emergency care etc ) 3 x worming and alll shots, and a once a month adoption event

We can’t do it without you 🦸‍♂️
