Just a couple reminders🐾

I do require 48 hours notice for cancelations. Appointments canceled with under 24 hrs notice are subjected to a fee of half the price of the total appointment and ALL no showed Appointments (I show up and am unable to groom the dog for whatever reason no one home,no one answers the door, door not left unlocked) are subjected to pay the full price of the appointment before any future appointments will be scheduled and dog will be pulled from my schedule in the mean time. I am pretty lenient and understanding when it comes to emergencies and first time type things. But as of late there is far too many no showed and last minute cancelations, I have tons of people on cancelation lists and wanting a spot as a new client, but my routing is a science and I need time to be able to adequately fill that spot. Without notice I cant fill these spots and that is ultimately lost income and wasted time. I also need to be notified of changes to the amount of dogs at any appointment in advance showing up and being told it will be one less or two less dogs that day is the same as no showing.

Thank you to everyone who values and understands my time is also important. I love what I do and have so many amazing clients that make it all possible.

With that said, I have 2 two appointments open next week and one the following week. I have a few left in November but very few so if you need an appointment do not wait to book and feel free to schedule appointments for the rest of the year as there is no slow down here for the holiday crazy that is upon us!🎃🦃🎄

I will be closed Friday-Monday. All messages received after business hours on Thursday will be returned Tuesday.

November is just about booked and December is filling in quickly. Be sure to message me for your next appointment if you havent scheduled yet and be sure to plan ahead for those holiday parties or travel plans you and your 4 legged have coming up. The holidays are right around the corner as crazy as that is!

Just a friendly reminder I am closed on the weekends and currently still closed on fridays. Friday appointments will open back up in a few weeks. Any messages received after business hours on Thursday will be returned monday by the end of the day. I have had a number of people message multiple times over the weekend the past few weeks and bothered I havent returned their message as well as being asked if I am still in business. I am very much so and am very busy, please be respectful of my time off as everyone deserves time off, including from returing messages. Thank you to everyone who understands❤️

🎃Halloween is 5 weeks away
🦃Thanksgiving is 9 weeks away
🎄Christmas is 13 weeks away

With that said,I had an appointment open up for next week and have a few available for late October. Nov is nearing booked, the week of Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas are both almost full. Do not wait to schedule your next appointments!

Just a friendly reminder,I am closed Friday-Sundays, all messages will be returned on Mondays. August is booked, the first 2 weeks of September are booked and the rest of Sept is VERY near full. I cant stress enough the importance of scheduling a few appointments at a time,I have lots of people who are booked through the rest of the year to make sure they stay on schedule! I am here next Mon-Thurs and then I am on vacation until the 24th!

I know things come up and appointments need to be canceled, but just know if you need to cancel you most likely will not get in again until your next scheduled appointment if you have one. I generally book out 6-8 weeks at a time year round. I doboffer latch key service so if you cant be home,no problem! But this needs to be communicated ahead of time as well as payment left. No showed and missed appointments do require a full payment before amy future appointments will be made.

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer,we sure are!!🫶🐾😁
