From drizzles and down pours to sunny skies and humidity, today had it all!

And yes, we do walk in the rain! Just not lightning!

So, if you remember, please be sure to leave a towel out near the door so I can make sure pups are dried off after we get back inside! I usually try to have a few in my truck, but on days like these, I usually lever have enough! 😆

Delayed introduction!!! Jasmine (aka Jazzy) and I have been enjoying weekly walks for 3 weeks now.

The 1st week, she wasn't too sure about me and it took several treats and a lot of patience (on both sides) to get out the door for that 1st walk. Now, a few weeks later, she's still barking when I arrive, but once i open her kennel, she jumps up on the bed, snags a theat and is ready for her harness so we can head out the door!

That 1st day, we had enough time for a 3 block walk. Today we got in a full mile!

Sometimes it takes a few weks for your dogs and I to really start to build that relationship ship of trust, but we will get there!
