# Critter Keeper – Part-Time, Looking for one or two canidates
**Reptile Universe**
Reptile Universe is looking for a dependable and hardworking **Part-Time Critter Keeper** to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with reptiles, rodents, and other animals and takes pride in keeping a clean, safe, and organized store.
# # # Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain reptile enclosures and habitats
* Care for and clean rodent areas
* Feed and provide daily care for reptiles and other animals
* Monitor animals and report any health or behavior concerns
* Clean and sanitize animal-care areas and equipment
* Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
* Properly handle animals and follow all animal-care procedures
* Assist customers and other team members when needed
# # # Qualifications
* Comfortable working with reptiles, rodents, and other animals
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible
* Hardworking and detail-oriented
* Comfortable performing cleaning and physical tasks
* Able to work around animal waste, food, and cleaning products
* Willing to learn proper animal care and handling
* Previous reptile or animal-care experience is a plus
