Something that many of you may not know is I show and breed Lowchen and Standard Poodles. Most know what a poodle is, but hardly anyone has heard of a Lowchen. They are very rare in most of the world, including the US. Once a year, Lowchen from across the country gather at our National Specialty. This year it was in Kalamazoo, Mi. This breed is shown in a lion trim, I have included a pic of what Limbo looked like when she was out showing. During our Nationals we have a fun sweepstakes show and one class is “Cutdown” where people show their dog in any fun trim except the standard breed trim. This year Limbo was “Best Cutdown”, wearing a Kerry Blue Terrier trim, and earned some amazing ribbons and prizes!
