what to expect when booking with me 🤎

first things first, it’s always super casual over here. whether you’re messaging me with a question, booking, or have no idea what service your dog needs, you’re talking to me like a normal person 😂 no formal messages needed! tell me about your pup and what you’re wanting and i’ll always help recommend the best service or spa package.

i’m also really big on communication & understanding that life happens. if something comes up, just talk to me! i’d much rather you communicate with me than stress about it.

one thing i’m REALLY excited about with relocating is having complete control over my pricing. i can be completely upfront with you about what i charge, and if anything comes up during the groom that may cost extra, i’ll communicate it with you first! this could be extra matting, special handling, or finding fleas and needing to use flea & tick shampoo. i never want you showing up at pickup to a price you weren’t expecting!

most importantly, your dog’s safety & comfort will always come before getting the groom done as fast as possible. some dogs need breaks, some need extra patience, and some apparently need me to physically stand in the bathtub to prove it’s not that scary 😂

i’ll sit on the floor with them, let them sniff around, give them breaks, love on them, and do whatever i can to make them comfortable. i also love rewarding good behavior with treats, but i’ll always make sure that’s okay with you first!

especially with nervous pups, puppies, seniors, or dogs who just need a little extra patience, i’m completely okay with slowing things down. every dog is different, so every appointment might look a little different too — and that’s completely okay 🤍

basically, expect lots of communication, patience, recommendations when you need them, clear pricing, and your pup being treated like an individual instead of just another appointment on the schedule.

i’ve been wanting to find a little way to give back to the pups at our local humane society, so i decided to make this a permanent thing 🥹

from here on out, any pup adopted from the Central Nebraska Humane Society will get 50% off their first groom with me + a little welcome home gift from me to them 🐾

this will start october 3rd when i relocate to Pups N Suds in St. Paul! just bring your adoption paperwork with you when you come in 🤍

bringing home a new pup is already so exciting, so i’d love to be a tiny part of making their fresh start even sweeter 🫶🏼

these are mostly bath + trims with one full service haircut mixed in! right now my trims are limited to cleaning up around the eyes, sanitary area, and paw pads, but once i relocate to st. paul i’ll be able to offer body trims too!!

basically perfect for those pups who need a little more than a bath, but aren’t quite ready for a full haircut 🤎 i’m super excited to have a little more freedom with my services and be able to customize grooms more to what each pup actually needs!
