Mud season 😢 they have dry spots to escape to, but the bulk of the main paddock is thickkk mud. We'll be putting straw down for comfort and planning a better drainage plan this summer ☀️

Huckleberry (Devil's Garden) is 11, was only rounded up in Fall, and has only been here a little while. We use mostly Positive Reinforcement here, so sometimes that can take a while (other times it takes a day 😅) but slow progress is fine by us.

Welcome to the Ranch, 11yo Devil's Garden gelding we are calling Huckleberry 🥰 he looks a little raggedy with his winter coat covered in spring mud, but he's coming around. He came to us with one ear, though there's the cutest little nub left on the driver's side.
