We have some pretty awesome AND exciting news!!! One of our adopters has done a DNA test on their baby puppy from Delilahs litter!! We had our suspicions!!! 100% GREAT DANE!!!

Its been a minute since we updated the puppy status... well, it gives us GREAT pleasure to announce that we have placed ALL 11 puppies with happy and qualified puppy parents!! The last one goes home tomorrow!

We would like to thank all of you for posting sharing and reposting!! WE DID IT!!! 11 happy homes with happy healthy puppies!!

Its not generally our practice to take in litters of puppys. But if you've been following the story of Delilah (who was ALSO adopted) and her 11 unannounced puppies... you know how this came to be.
Please... one and all, help us congratulate ALL of the new puppy parents... you've got yourselves one (or TWO in one case) heck of a beautiful baby dog... and WELCOME TO THE Boomer's Place FAMILY! ♥️💜💚💙♥️🧡🩷💗💕

💕💕 IMPORTANT HAPPY UPDATE 💕💕

Hi all!! We have happy, good news to share….

Our most recent rescue, 8 y/o Ashton who was found wandering the streets of Vegas before being captured by animal control and brought to the shelter in awful condition has been seen by our veterinarian. ALL of his bloodwork 🩸came back within normal range! He’s extremely underweight and has rear end atrophy and pain response to manipulation but he’s not fighting any other underlying condition based on the extended blood panel we did on him.

We can work with this 💜and will make him comfortable through diet, pain/inflammation meds, and are exploring therapeutic massage. He’s going to need a lot of love and help to get and stay comfortable and we’re committed to making his senior years the best they can be. Meds are expensive 💰but this guy is worth his weight in gold 👑.

This picture is of him enjoying couch life… zoom in to see his back legs up in the air, mid body twist while sleeping soundly. His decompression is advancing better than we could have imagined.

Get your pup cleaned up, support a wonderful, helpful, and NEEDED organization!! These type of fundraisers depend solely on YOU GUYS!! If you don't come, it doesn't work!
We have depended on ya'll to come through for the local nonprofits before... this is no different and we have come to expect an outpouring from our incredible community.
