Over the last few days, our mobile girls have stepped up in a big way. They’ve worked longer days, taken on extra appointments, and done whatever it takes to ensure every pup continues receiving the same exceptional one on one care our clients know and love.

While Alivia focuses on healing and recovery, these amazing groomers have shown exactly what Maryland Elite Dog Spa is all about: compassion, teamwork, and treating every dog like family. We’re also incredibly grateful for the additional support joining us next week to help ensure every client and pup continues to be cared for.

To our mobile team, thank you for supporting one another, caring for our clients, and loving their pups as if they were your own. We couldn’t do it without you.

And to our clients, thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we shift schedules and make adjustments where needed. Your kindness and support mean so much to our team, and we’re grateful for the trust you place in us to care for your pups.

🐾 Mobile Grooming Update 🐾

Due to an unexpected injury involving one of our groomers, we are temporarily limiting new enrollments into our mobile grooming program while we focus on ensuring our current mobile clients continue to receive the consistent care and scheduling they rely on.

At this time, our mobile books are tentatively closed to new clients.

If you were hoping to join our mobile program, we’d still love to welcome your pet at one of our salon locations in Ferndale or Laurel. Our salon appointments provide the same individualized, one on one experience and exceptional care your pup deserves.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as our team works together during this time. Most importantly, we wish Alivia a smooth and speedy recovery after suffering a broken collarbone today in a horseback riding accident. Alivia is a valued member of the MEDS family, and we are proud to support her during this time. We look forward to welcoming her back when she’s ready. Until then, we’ve got her back every step of the way. ❤️🐾
