Boarding space for spring is filling up quickly and it's fun to hear about everyone's travel plans. I've recently added some much larger crates to the kennel so my bigger canine guests, or space sharing siblings, can be more comfortable. Additionally, fencing for excercise yards is due to be installed in the next few weeks. That has been something I've wanted for my boarders since I've opened.
The end of year one for Good Dog Boarding is on the horizon and I'm thankful for everyone who has entrusted their pet in my care, and I look forward to year #2. More updates to follow.

If anyone comes across used or unwanted dog houses, please let me know. They can be dropped off at Good Dog or I can pickup. There is a need for dry and warm pet shelters.

Also, Friends of Carolina Animals is a local non-profit that I am in awe of and support. This group aids both shelters and individual owners to better the life of pets. Through advocating for dogs on euthanasia lists, hosting a vaccine/low cost spay neuter day or vetting shelter animals to go rescues up north, they are making a difference. Hey Good Dogs, I'm preparing for the Thanksgiving visits and need those of you who requested space to reach out to me again. I left the Good Dog phone within easy reach of my foster dog a few weeks ago and it was destroyed. Additionally, contacts and text messages didn't not transfer over to the new phone. The first summer for Good Dog Boarding is coming to an end. I am beyond grateful to everyone who took a chance on this small business and trusted me with your pet. It's been so nice reconnecting with old friends, while also getting to know some incredible new dogs. Your support has allowed me to offer space for dogs and cats in need of immediate fostering for rescue, provide tnr (trap, neuter, release) for community cats and support animal rescue efforts in both Georgetown and Williamsburg counties.
The holidays are quickly approaching and space is limited, especially for large dogs. Please reach out as you make plans so I can accommodate as many as possible.

Our daily rates are $20 for cats
$28 for small dogs
$33 for large dogs

What are our rates?

Cats $20 daily

Small Dogs $28 daily

Large Dogs $33 daily

Daily Rates begin on the day of drop off and end on day of pick up.

Vaccination Requirements to board at Good Dog Boarding

We require dogs to be current with the following vaccines:
Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella Vaccines.
Canine Influenza is recommended but not required.

We require cats to be current with the following vaccines:
Rabies and FVR-CP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus and Feline Panleukopenia)

Records may be provided in person or emailed to us by your veterinarian at [email protected]

We CAN NOT board without proof of vaccinations.
