Our "Be a Goldfish" Litter

Lasso (CH Tagalong Be a Goldfish) × Pennsy (GCHS CH Iron Horse Pennsylvania RR Rolling To Victory)
This litter is especially meaningful to us, as both Lasso and Pennsy share a strong bond with Rozlyn and possess the wonderful character, enthusiasm, and work ethic we value in the breed. We are excited to see these puppies grow and discover all they will accomplish in their future homes.

The puppies have inherited the friendly, adventurous personalities of both parents and have been a joy to raise. They are confident, curious, and always ready to explore the world around them. These little goldfish are almost ready to leave the "bowl" and swim off to their next adventures!

This litter is inspired by the spirit of classic American road trips and the songs, towns, and stories found along the Mother Road. From desert sunsets to small-town main streets, these puppies carry a little piece of Americana with them.

Each puppy has a Route 66 inspired — featuring legendary highways, travel songs, and iconic stops along America’s most famous road.

While black males are sometimes overlooked, this handsome boy is truly something special. Felix is a substantial puppy with plenty of bone, a strong build, and a naturally balanced presence. He has a gentle, thoughtful disposition and tends to take in the world around him with quiet confidence. Observant and curious, he carefully watches everything that goes on before deciding how he'd like to join in.

Felix especially enjoys his short outdoor adventures, where his inquisitive nature really shines. He is sweet, steady, and easy to spend time with, making him a puppy that is hard not to fall in love with. Meet Cielo! This beautiful black merle girl has a sweet personality and so much potential. Cielo tends to take a little time to adjust to new situations, preferring to observe and process her surroundings before jumping in. Once she feels comfortable, her affectionate and engaging nature begins to shine.
Cielo has a wonderful off-switch and is happy to settle and relax, but she also enjoys playtime and joining in on the fun with her littermates. She strikes a lovely balance between thoughtful and playful, making her an excellent candidate for a family willing to give her the time and support she needs to build confidence. In the right home, we expect Cielo's personality to truly blossom and reveal the special dog we know she can become.

The Cloud 9 litter is weaned and vet checked. Maze loves this age. It’s valuable play time with mom as she teaches them her Mudi ways. The vet check went well and puppies are between 4-6 pounds.

By 7 weeks of age, we implement our structured “7-7-7” exposure program. This is designed to ensure puppies have positive, safe exposure to a wide variety of people, environments, surfaces, and experiences during a critical developmental window. Our goal is for puppies to confidently encounter at least seven different types of people, seven types of surfaces or environments, and seven types of novel experiences. This may include meeting people of different ages and appearances, walking on different flooring and outdoor textures, hearing common household and environmental sounds, early grooming and handling exercises, and navigating age-appropriate obstacles or confidence-building challenges. All exposures are short, positive, and carefully managed so puppies learn that new things are safe and manageable, helping build resilience, adaptability, and emotional stability as they mature.
