Seldom Seen Ranch

Seldom Seen Ranch Nestled between some bends of the Little Bighorn River my animals and I found our little paradise. Over the years the family grew and still is.

If I can’t offer sanctuary then I will sure help to find a soft landing for whatever comes our way.

Back to the fun part of my life: carpentry!
This roof needs to be finished mid summer, so I can re-do the flooring of the addition. In fall the walls go up and roof on, knitted to the roof over. Let’s see how far I can get this time 😂

Meet Sam (Samantha)! Her new owner found her in the brushes next to the tracks and saved her. He also wants to keep her. Today him and Sam came by for vaccine, dewormer and a good meal plus some take out for lil Sam. I offered foster care during the day if needed with meals so she has a safe place to sleep and stay when daddy needs to go places.

A good thing for low or no income families in Billings and their animals.

These guys show up once in a while, most of the time they were ran off by the corner gang here led by Gemma. Well, they are gone, so now more dogs pull up for a meal.
I know them both since my beginnings here and hope they will come now more frequently. We have an idea where the pups are, but not sure, still looking. On the other hand, there is no space anywhere right now for pups. Russell thinks he got one of hers that he found in the brushes along the railroad tracks. He’ll come on Saturday for the first round shots for her, he got plenty wet food from me so she’ll be fine.
I’d love to get the female fixed, she has litter after litter, roams a lot for food, had a huge abscess last year on her cheek but it healed up. She is a sweet soul and sure a survivor.
If you consider helping us out with food and meds (mange and dewormer) please donate to GLR406 on either Paypal or Venmo. Every 10 Dollars keep one dog clean and treated for a month. Good Luck Road is our registered 501 c3. Thank you!!
