What do you get when you combine a spay & neuter clinic, collaborative learning, and innovative surgical techniques? A pretty incredible week of continuing education! 🩺✨

Recently, Dr. Sherry (Big Creek Veterinary Hospital) and Dr. Ramirez (Chester Animal Clinic) traveled to South Carolina to gain hands-on experience during a spay and neuter clinic. While there, they were joined by Dr. Tim Loonam to learn from Dr. Taylor at Grace Animal Hospital about the right-sided flank gastropexy procedure, which is an innovative surgery that can help prevent a dangerous condition known as bloat in dogs.

One of the best parts of the Encore community is having veterinarians who are always willing to share knowledge, learn from one another, and help each other grow. That kind of collaboration is pretty special! 🐾
