Meet MaRoo — The Sweet, Social, Ready-to-Love Good Boy
MaRoo has pretty much mastered the whole “being a good dog” thing. Now he just needs a family of his own to share it with.

This handsome 18 month-old Lab/Hound mix weighs about 38lbs and brings the perfect blend of friendliness, playfulness, and easygoing charm. He’s housetrained, cratetrained, and already knows how to settle beautifully into home life.
MaRoo currently lives with five other dogs and gets along with every one of them — big, small, goofy, bossy, you name it. When it comes to people, he skipped the chapter on “stranger danger” entirely. In his world, every new human is simply a friend he hasn’t met yet.

Good Manners, Good Heart
No issues around food or toys Barks only when something truly deserves a bark!

MaRoo is active and youthful without being wild. He loves to run, wrestle, and play, especially with another dog who enjoys the same. A securely fenced yard would be a dream for him, and he’d make a fantastic walking or jogging buddy for someone who wants a cheerful companion by their side.

He hasn’t lived with children, but his friendly, wiggly personality suggests he’d enjoy romping around with them.
Cats and livestock, however, are a "no go" — MaRoo thinks chasing them is great fun, so he needs a home without either.

Edison – Male Maltipoo Mix

Edison is a handsome cream-colored boy with a big personality in a small package.
He was found as a stray with his group. He likely was the glue who held the group together through the tough times on the street. As such, he can sometimes be a little bossy —he occasionally likes to think he’s in charge. When given his own space away from the group, he relaxes and enjoys all of the attention. He is easy to love!
He may do best as either as an only dog where he doesn’t feel the pressure to lead and is given clear, consistent boundaries. He’s looking for a family who can appreciate his spunky side while helping him learn he doesn’t have to be the boss anymore all he has to do is spread his love and enjoy his life - his humans have the rest!
Edison is ready to find his forever and start enjoying the “Good Life”.
He has certainly earned it!

Meet Emmett, a handsome 2-3 yr old boy with a wonderful, friendly personality. He was found as a stray with his three companions and gets along great with other dogs. His sweet nature makes him an ideal little buddy for someone looking for a devoted companion.
Emmett has plenty of love to give and would do well in a stable home! Like any new addition, he may need a short adjustment period, but with patience and affection he has everything it takes to become a wonderful family dog. He’s ready for his next chapter with a family who will appreciate him and love him forever!

Ellery is a sweet, gentle cream-colored girl who is ready for a forever home of her own. She was found as a stray with her three companions and has settled in nicely since being rescued. She has a soft, loving personality and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Her small size and easygoing nature make her a lovely companion, whether she has canine siblings or is the center of someone’s attention.
Like any dog adjusting to a new environment, she’ll appreciate a little patience as she learns her new routine. With her fluffy coat (now neatly groomed) and big heart, Ellery is an easy girl to fall in love with. She’s looking for a stable, affectionate home where she can feel safe and loved.

Esme – Female Maltipoo Mix

Esme is a precious gray girl with a calm, sweet disposition. She was found as a stray with her group and has shown herself to be gentle and affectionate. She does very well with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to a multi-dog household or a great companion as an only dog.
Her size and loving personality make her a joy to have around or on your lap! Esme deserves a comfortable home where she can feel secure and appreciated. With a little patience and consistency while she settles in, this sweet girl has so much potential to thrive as a cherished family!
As with all rescue dogs her breed is our best guess! What we do know for sure is she is ready to light up your world!

Maximus is a Shepherd/Hound mixed breed mix. At just about 14 months and 66 pounds, Maximus is smart, loyal, brave, and always ready for adventure. Whether he is romping around with other dogs, investigating a squeaky toy or proudly standing beside his humans, this boy is ready to transform your life.

Maximus was surrendered to Twilight Tails Rescue after being attacked by another dog, leaving his former owners unable to cover the medical bills. Maximus fought through it all with courage and heart. Now fully healed, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, he is ready for his forever family.

Maximus loves to play with both male and female dogs and is a social, playful guy. He is deeply loyal and eager to connect with his people. He is also discovering toys and the simple joy of finally getting to just be a happy dog again. Maximus simply wants love, safety and someone to stand beside.

Maximus will be a loyal sidekick, enthusiastic hiking partner, determined couch protector and loyal best friend.

Say hello to Twix- Twix is a 2 year old shihtzu (mix) She is a fun loving independent gal who loves to jump in your lap and give kisses,

He has all her vaccines and is hw negative. She will be spayed very soon and will be available for local Houston adoption or transport by the end of September.

She is feisty little princess, whol oves everyone she meets/ She is doing really well on her potty training and while she will go into a crate if needed, she prefers to be the boss of the place and roam free. She does well with dogs of all sizes

She is a sweet cuddly girl who will make a great family pet.
