🚨💔 URGENT RESCUE PLEA – FINAL CHANCE FOR OUR LONGEST STAY DOG💔🚨

🌼Meet Daffodil🌼

This beautiful girl has been with us since July 17, 2025 — making her our longest shelter resident. She came to us after showing up on someone’s property with her mom and three siblings. Tragically, her mom passed away only a few days later, leaving the puppies to fend for themselves.

Her three siblings were all rescued and adopted long ago. But she’s the only one still waiting… and now, her time has run out. 💔

Our shelter is over capacity, and we are completely out of kennel space. Due to this and her length of stay, she was placed on the euthanasia list today — but in a last-minute act of mercy, she was pulled from the euthanasia room and given one final day to find rescue or adoption.

She has already lost her mom and watched all her siblings leave without her. Please, don’t let her story end here. She deserves the same chance at a happy life that they got. Let’s not let her story end in the shelter she’s called home for too long.

Hi everyone! My name is Priscilla Wolcott, and I’m an Animal Control Officer with Fresno Humane Animal Services here in Fresno, California.

I created this page to share a piece of my world — the rescues, the heartbreaks, and the incredible moments of hope that come from helping animals in need. Every day, I meet dogs and other animals who just need a chance — a soft place to land, a kind hand, or a second shot at life.

Through this page, I’ll be posting rescue stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and updates on the dogs who are looking for their forever homes or rescue placement — especially those who are on their last call. My hope is that by sharing their stories, we can build a network of caring people who want to help, foster, rescue, or simply share their posts to help them find safety.

I believe every life matters.
Sometimes all it takes is one share, one person, or one small act of kindness to change everything for an animal in need.

Thank you for following, supporting, and helping me make a difference — one rescue at a time. 🫶🏼🐾
