What an amazing addition to our community!
Did you know? A study by the ASPCA found that approximately 14% of dogs and 15% of cats go missing at least once over a five-year period. Losing a pet is heartbreaking — and finding one can be equally stressful. What do you do? Who do you call? How do you help it get home? 🥹
🐾 Great news for Hancock County!
P.A.W.S. (Partners for Animal Welfare Society) has just launched the county’s first-ever 24-hour microchip scanning station — a major step forward in protecting pets and reuniting families.
📍 Located at 1224 W. Main Street, Greenfield, IN, this self-serve station is available day or night, giving the public a fast and easy way to scan a found pet for a microchip. If a chip is found, it can often lead directly to the owner.
This is a game-changer for our community — and we’re so proud to help make it possible! 💛
