Sometimes the right cats find the right house.

Happy Caturday from Millie & Lily, two tiny fur-nuggets with one pretty incredible story!

These little sisters were discovered by one of our Azle clients after their mama left them in the tall grass and never returned.

Fortunately, she picked a pretty good yard to leave them in.

Our client stepped in, rescued the kittens, and gave them something every little kitten deserves—a safe home, full bellies, warm beds, and humans who absolutely adore them.

Today, Millie & Lily are officially indoor kitties and, as you can probably imagine, the spoiling has already begun.

From two tiny kittens waiting in the grass to two beloved members of the family...

We'd say these girls found exactly the right house.

🚨 CSI: CREEKSIDE CRITTERS HAS BEEN CALLED IN! 🐾

Sometimes our pet sitters feed pets, give belly rubs, and take walks.

And sometimes… they solve crimes.

This morning brought us TWO cases:

🔎 Case #1: Holland the Dachshund was found next to a broken monkey lamp and looked VERY guilty. But further investigation revealed the Roomba may have been the real culprit! Holland was cleared and rewarded with a treat for helping crack the case.

🔎 Case #2: Hank the orange tabby was the only suspect in a toilet paper massacre. When confronted, Hank proudly confessed—then immediately attacked the sitter's shoelaces.

Case closed.

Our sitters get to have the best fun with the pets in our care while their hoomans are away—and yes, we clean up the crime scenes too!

Pooch Smooches!

We have SO much fun with the pets we care for during our day—and sometimes they show us just how much they love our visits!

Nobody on our team gets more pooch smooches than our Operations Manager, Lauren!

These are just two of the many smooches she has received from Fort Worth siblings Maynard and Zora.

Clearly, Lauren has discovered the secret to a successful pet-sitting career:

Give them love… and be prepared to get smooched in return!

We wouldn't have it any other way.

We’re excited to be participating in Azle Sting Fling 2026 — the largest annual community event in Azle!

Did you know Birds Need Mental Stimulation, Too!

A healthy bird needs more than fresh food and a clean cage. Birds are intelligent, curious animals that need daily mental stimulation to stay happy and engaged.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Cory!

Today we're celebrating Cory, our Field Supervisor, and one of the people who helps keep Creekside Critters Pet Sitters moving behind the scenes.

Cory has been part of our team since 2022, helping coordinate the many moving pieces that go into providing professional in-home pet care.

Many of our clients haven't met Cory in person, but they've likely heard from him. He oversees scheduling, communicates with clients, helps keep our team organized, and works behind the scenes to make sure our team is where they need to be and our clients' pets receive the care they deserve.

Great pet care isn't just about what happens during the visit. It takes communication, organization, teamwork, and people who genuinely care about getting the details right.

Cory is a big part of that.

🐾 Happy Caturday from Mister! 🐾

Meet Mister, one of our longtime feline friends here in Fort Worth.

Mister and his brother Marvin (see comments for photo of Marvin) are incredibly bonded, and we've had the pleasure of caring for these two since 2023. Needless to say, we've completely fallen in love with them!

When these brothers aren't busy hanging out together, they have two favorite activities:

🧶 Playing with their string toys
🏰 Exploring their amazing cardboard-box castle

Because apparently, when you're a cat, you don't need an expensive cat tree when you have a collection of cardboard boxes and a little imagination.

We're so lucky to have Mister and Marvin as part of the Creekside Critters family.

🚨 MUTT-SHOT MONDAY: MONTY OF AZLE 🚨

The charge: GUILTY OF BEING TALKATIVE!

Meet Monty, an adorable Corgi from Azle who has A LOT to say.

When his sitter arrives, Monty is ready to give her the full report. What happened since the last visit? Who did what? What did he see? What does he think about it?

And once the important business is taken care of, it's time for his favorite activity: 🎾 BALL TIME! Monty and his favorite tennis ball are practically inseparable.

Our team has been caring for Monty and his sibling Sully since Monty was just a puppy, and we absolutely adore this little guy. Watching him grow up and getting to know his personality over the years is one of the best parts of what we do.

🐾 Four years, five furry faces, and countless happy visits.

Meet Emma, Ivonna, Pops, Sweeney, and Piper — one of our very special Creekside Critters families in Azle.

We've had the privilege of caring for this crew for more than four years, and every visit is a joy. From epic ball chases and pool plunges to belly rubs and simply hanging out watching Dog TV, there is never a dull moment with these five!

Our team absolutely loves this family of fur balls. And we're incredibly grateful to their humans for trusting us with their care year after year.

That's one of the things we love most about being professional pet sitters — getting to build lasting relationships with pets and their people.
