Fort Worth Abandoned Animal Alliance Fort Worth Abandoned Animal Alliance is a 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue in the Fort Worth, TX area. We are a 100% volunteer run organization.

We strive to focus on the shelter pets that are the least likely to leave through adoptions at shelters. We primarily take in medical, seniors & hospice, moms and puppies (or pregnant). As a nonprofit we feel this should be the area we dedicate our organization to as we can ask for public funding and apply for grants. Once medical needs are met, the pet goes up for adoption. There are some we know

will never leave our organization and they stay in our hospice program, receiving all care needed until there time with us comes to an end. We work on awareness in our community, consisting of basic care, resources for citizens to help keep their pets in their homes and heartworm awareness. We are hoping in the near future we can help our community even more with the overpopulation of pets.

He is very food motivated, dog friendly, and just beginning to learn how to play and enjoy affection. Atlas would truly benefit from a quiet, patient home or foster placement where he can decompress at his own pace and continue gaining confidence through gentle, positive interaction.

Pickles is a 1-year-old, 45-pound bundle of energy looking for an active family! He loves the pool, toys, playing with his foster siblings, and quick snuggles before he's off on his next adventure.

He's a happy, playful boy who can be a little rough and mouthy when excited. Pickles is still learning manners, including keeping all four paws on the ground and respecting personal space. He would do best with older kids, a yard or active owner, and dog friends who can match his energy.

Adopt or foster STILL needed for Oakley! 😭

He is dog, cat, & kid friendly and an easy keep! He’s a smaller boy, only about 40 lbs & not very active. His favorite hobbies include playing with toys, lounging around, and watching TV like a true couch potato. While he will go on walks, he’d much rather be relaxing by your side.

Oakley does have a cute little hobble from an old unhealed fracture before coming into rescue, but it doesn’t slow down his happy spirit one bit! He’s proof that a little limp can’t stop a whole lot of love.

Poor little Cupcake is back at the vet for ANOTHER ear hematoma 😭💔

While they may look minor, ear hematomas can be incredibly painful and, if left untreated, can lead to permanent disfigurement of the ear and ongoing discomfort. Our sweet girl deserves relief and the medical care she needs!
