In any field, it is incredibly difficult to achieve mastery and do something truly well when you only practice it rarely (only a few time a year, if that)

• No Days Off: Our program doesn't recognize weekends, holidays, or vacations. When a dog needs us, we are there.
• The Weight of Loss: Complications happen, and losing a puppy never gets easier. A piece of our heart goes with every goodbye.

A puppy is a living soul, not a product, which is why placement process is thorough. Occasionally, the most responsible answer we can give a family is "not yet" or "no."
