If today feels a little heavier, be gentle with yourself. 🤍

Some days ask us simply to remember, to feel, and to hold each other a little closer.

Happy National Dog Day from the little dog who changed my whole world. 🐾🤍

From the tiny puppy I held in my arms to the little wellness dog she is today, Luca has been one of my greatest teachers in love, joy, presence, and appreciating the tiny things.

Here’s to the dogs who make our lives softer, happier, funnier, and so much more full of love.

Happy National Dog Day to all of them. 🐶💛

Love,
Luca 🐾

something beautiful is coming… 🤍

a softer kind of wellness.
more presence.
more slowing down.
more noticing the little moments that actually matter.

because dogs already know what we forget sometimes…

the sunlight.
the quiet.
the people they love coming home.

Sit. Stay. Be Present.
