Hi everyone! Our text messaging app is used by 7+ people and if someone accidentally clicks on a message it registers as “read” and we can lose track of it. We do our very best to let each other know about messages for other people, but we all have different work schedules and might miss each other in the hubbub of daily dog groomer life.
✨Please feel free to message us multiple times! We would rather be asked multiple times than miss a message! We’re only human and aren’t meaning to ignore you. ☺️
✨Also, we do not receive texts from our local number (it’s a landline) and only from the number you receive your confirmation texts from, which is (844) 864-4823
