🐍 Just Look at Those Colors! 🔥

Sometimes you just have to stop and appreciate how incredible these animals really are!

Check out this beautiful ball python showing off its stunning pattern. From the incredible contrast to those gorgeous markings, this is exactly why we love working with these snakes!

Every ball python has something unique to offer, and getting to watch them grow and develop is one of the best parts of what we do here at Loose Cannon Reptiles.

🐍 What do you think of this beauty? Let us know in the comments!

Meet the Rats of Loose Cannon Reptiles!

Here's a short introduction to another side of Loose Cannon Reptiles!

While most of our posts focus on our snakes, we also breed and raise our own rodent colonies right here at LCR!

We figured it was time to introduce everyone to this part of our operation and give you a little glimpse of what else we have going on behind the scenes.

Thanks for following along and supporting Loose Cannon Reptiles as we continue to grow!

This beautiful little girl is heading off to her new home tomorrow!

She’s a Blue-Eyed Leucistic (BEL) Ball Python, and between that bright white coloration and those incredible blue eyes, she’s definitely a showstopper. 💙

One of the best parts of breeding isn’t just seeing these little ones hatch-it’s watching them grow, thrive, and eventually getting to send them off to their new families.

We’re excited for this girl’s next chapter and hope her new family enjoys her as much as we have!

Thank you for supporting Loose Cannon Reptiles and following along as we continue growing.

Meet the person behind Loose Cannon Reptiles 🐍
I’ve had quite a few people tell me that I needed to start making videos and showing more of what goes on behind the scenes at LCR, so I finally decided to hit record.
In this first video, I’m introducing myself, talking a little about Loose Cannon Reptiles and what I want to do with these videos, and introducing you to Monty.
Going forward, I want to share more of the animals here at LCR, breeding projects, hatchlings, genetics, husbandry, educational content, behind-the-scenes stuff, and probably some of the things that don’t always go according to plan.
This is definitely something new for me, so I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes.
Most importantly, I want you guys to be part of it. What would you like to see in a future LCR video?
Thanks to everyone who has supported Loose Cannon Reptiles so far. This is just the beginning. 🐍

🐍 Happy World Snake Day! 🐍

Today we're celebrating some of the most fascinating, misunderstood, and beautiful animals on the planet. Snakes play an important role in our ecosystems by helping keep rodent populations in check, and each species has its own unique behaviors, colors, and personality.

At Loose Cannon Reptiles, we're proud to work with these incredible animals every day. Whether it's watching eggs hatch, raising healthy hatchlings, or helping someone find their first snake, we're grateful to share our passion with all of you.
