It has been a long, busy, and fun few weeks on the road at the River City Cluster of Dog Shows in San Antonio and Houston's World Series of Dog Shows! It was wonderful catching up with our dog show family and friends along the way.
We're proud of Benny and Tobie for placing in each of their classes at both shows. They also got to try Barn Hunt in Houston on Saturday afternoon! Tobie hadn't done Barn Hunt since she was 6 months old, when she earned her Instinct title and one leg toward her Novice title. Benny, on the other hand, wasn't quite sure about that strange critter in the tube at first—but they both found the rat!
Doug also came out for Houston, for his first time out as a special. He may not have made the ribbons, but no one could miss how much fun he was having—he was absolutely thrilled to be in the ring! Then on Saturday, he earned his ATT title and gave Barn Hunt a try. Turns out he loved finding that rat... we may have discovered his newest favorite sport!
Congratulations to everyone on their accomplishments, and we can't wait to see everyone again at the next show!
