🚨🍄 APPARENTLY SAD POSTS GET ATTENTION, SO THIS ONE IS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING. 🍄🚨

Our mushrooms are being ignored.

Their feelings are hurt.

Some have been seen by barely 60 people.

Several are considering therapy.

There. Was that depressing enough for Facebook? 😂

Now that we hopefully have your attention...

🍄 ADOPT A MUSHROOM, SAVE A PUP ISN’T DONE YET! 🍄

Starting TONIGHT and going into tomorrow, we have even MORE little weirdos coming your way:

👻 More Halloween mushrooms
🦁 Detroit Lions mushrooms
🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness mushrooms
🍂 Fall mushrooms
🍄 And a few we probably didn’t need to create... but absolutely did. 😂

And these aren’t something we’re ordering out of a catalog.

Every single mushroom is handcrafted by one of our volunteers.

They’re made from cement, individually hand-painted and sealed for all four seasons. Every single one is unique. Then we give each one its own ridiculous name, personality and backstory because apparently we don’t know how to do anything the easy way. 😂

But here’s the frustrating part.

We have 2,700+ people in our private fundraising group and around 7,000 people following our main rescue page, yet some of our posts are reaching only a tiny fraction of them.

And it’s not just our fundraisers.

Even our adoptable dogs are struggling to be seen.

We don’t want to be the rescue constantly filling your feed with sad stories and everything we desperately need money for.

We’d rather WORK for it.

Our volunteers spend countless hours creating these fundraisers because we want to make people laugh, give you something fun to participate in and raise the money we need to keep helping dogs at the same time.

We’re doing the work. We just need a fighting chance for people to actually SEE it.

🍄 ALL OF THE MUSHROOM MADNESS IS HAPPENING INSIDE OUR PRIVATE Help Us Help Them Dog Rescue Fundraising Group!

That’s where you’ll find every available mushroom along with their ridiculous individual bios and everything you need to know about adopting one.

⏰ ADOPT A MUSHROOM, SAVE A PUP ENDS SUNDAY AT 11:59 PM!

Then we get approximately five minutes to recover before...

🔥🐾 DOGS GONE WILD ONLINE AUCTION KICKS OFF OCTOBER 12TH! 🐾🔥

And when we say we’ve been busy...

WE HAVE OVER 75 AUCTION BASKETS! 😳

🐶 Dog lover baskets
🐱 Cat lover baskets
🎃 Halloween baskets
🪴 Plant lover baskets
👧 Kids baskets
🍳 Kitchen and cooking baskets
🥂 Brunch and entertaining baskets
🎁 And a whole lot of everything in between!

There really is something for just about everyone.

And yep... the entire Dogs Gone Wild Online Auction is happening inside the Help Us Help Them Dog Rescue Fundraising Group too.

After watching our mushrooms AND our adoptable dogs struggle to reach even a fraction of the people following us, we’d be lying if we said we weren’t nervous about what’s going to happen with the auction.

We’ll keep doing the work.

We just really need your help getting it SEEN. ❤️

If Facebook somehow decided you were worthy of seeing this today...

CONGRATULATIONS. YOU FOUND US. 👀😂🍄🐾

Now come see what we’ve been up to.

10/08/2026

👑💕 FRANCESCA IS OFFICIALLY ADOPTED! 💕👑

Another one of our Bridgerton babies has officially found her Happily Ever After! 🥹🏡🐾

Our sweet little girl Francesca is officially HOME and we couldn’t be happier for her and her amazing new family! ❤️

Just LOOK at her surrounded by her new family! 🥹💕 Something tells us this little nugget is about to be VERY loved, VERY spoiled and have absolutely everyone in that house wrapped around her tiny little paw. 😂🐾❤️

It’s hard to believe this is the same tiny baby who came into rescue with Mama Roxy and her four sisters. After everything this little family went through, seeing Francesca healthy, happy and finally in the arms of her forever family makes every bit of it worth it. 🥹❤️

And of course, we have to give another HUGE thank you to their incredible foster mom, Angela, who took in Mama Roxy AND all five babies and somehow survived the absolute POOPAPALOOZA that followed. 😂💩

Between sick puppies, medications, nonstop cleaning, laundry and more p**p than any human should ever have to see, this litter was definitely not an easy one. Angela, thank you for loving these babies through all of it and getting them healthy, happy and ready to take on the world with families of their very own. ❤️🐾

And THANK YOU to everyone who donated supplies, supported this little family and helped us along the way. Every single one of you played a part in getting Francesca to this moment. ❤️

Now help us congratulate FRANCESCA AND HER NEW FAMILY!! 👑💕🏡

Happy tails, sweet girl! Go live your very best spoiled little princess life! 🥹👑🐾❤️

🐾 WANT TO HELP US HELP THEM? 🐾

🍄🎃 ADOPT A MUSHROOM, SAVE A PUP! 🎃🍄

Our Halloween and Fall Collection of our Adopt A Mushroom, Save A Pup fundraiser has been EXTENDED through OCTOBER 11TH in the Help Us Help Them Dog Rescue Fundraising Group! 👻🍄🐾

We’re still posting BRAND NEW mushrooms every day, so make sure you’re in the group and keep checking back because there are plenty more coming! 🎃👻🍄

And then... we’re jumping straight into our DOGS GONE WILD ONLINE AUCTION beginning OCTOBER 12TH! 🎉🐾

We have more than 75 baskets getting ready to hit the auction, with something for your furry kids, your human kids and definitely a few things you’re going to want for yourself. 😂❤️

Every mushroom adopted and every auction bid helps us continue doing exactly what you see in this picture... giving another dog the chance to find their own Happily Ever After. 🐾❤️
