All fish purchased through Rivercliff Aquatics carry a 48 hour live guarantee. Beyond 48 hours, there are too many factors at play to reasonably say that a fish death was due to a sick fish. It is recommended that all fish are put in a quarantine system prior to introduction to your main tank. We ins

pect all of our fish for parasites, bacterial, and fungal infections. We treat any and all fish found to be carrying any such disease. The stress of transport has been shown to lower a fish's immune system which makes them more susceptible to disease. Any and all claims for a dead or sick fish must be made within 48 hours from the time of purchase.
