We offer German Shepherd puppies and trained adults for sale. We offer boarding, board training, private instruction and group classes. We have a 50 acre training facility and offer training in the areas of puppy development, obedience, Schutzhund, personal protection, executive level protection, K9 apprehension, scent detection, handler training, competition obedience, Canine Good Citizen training, and agility.

We received the news this morning that Superior K9, Jaeger, had passed. It has been an absolute honor training this amazing dog from a puppy to an adult over the last ten years. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Jaeger will be extremely missed 🙏 Rest In Peace. You've been a great boy 🐾

Vito and Fitz had a great time at Lake Carroll Park! They got exposed to fisherman, boats, lots of ducks, other dogs and dog owners, and lots of kids playing around. Exposure to new environments is crucial for a dog's training, as it teaches them how to maintain calm state of mind and proper behavior around multiple distractions. Vito and Kona had a great training day! We took them to a beautiful local park and exposed them to different environments and situations.
Field trips are a huge part of our training programs, as they help us teach your dog how to act in a wide variety of situations. We set your dog up for success!

Shout out to Superior K9 Teddy! Teddy and his handler, Lisa, came to us with complaints about him showing aggression towards her cat, reactive behaviors, and inability to focus. We started Teddy with a foundation in basic obedience and built him up from there. By his fourth class, Teddy was able to sit calmly next to our cat Elvis and can ignore distractions while focusing on his handler! These are the amazing results possible when you choose Superior K9 Training Academy for your training needs! We can't wait to see how much more Teddy progresses!
