At the vet, saying a permanent goodnight to Jasmine. Her hips and the dementia have caused enough pain. She's been a good girl. I'll miss you getting stuck in corners in the middle of the night, and barking when someone tried to eat while you were eating. Eating got to be such a struggle for you. I broke my heart watching try. I've already been missing the days where you would gallop through the living room after I told you that I was going to get you. My best guess is that you were 15 years old.

Gallop over the rainbow bridge, girl. You're free now. 😢
