We are starting slow with plans to grow our herd as we find horses that will be a good fit for our program. Aside from horses, we are also selling fresh produce from our raised bed garden. We are offering her half sibling in-utero. (Same dam, but sired by Gio). The cross produced a super nice, large white dun filly last year and I so wanted to keep her! Brown dun or white dun are possible, but will be red recessive.

Her and max. Everyday. They finish eating and to the grass or water trough they go šŸ˜… totally in phases by the feed bags.

I now swear by the bags. It has fixed any bucket slinging, stealing, breaking and feeding chaos. The horses learned ā€œbackā€ really quick so they donā€™t rush me, and I learned the order for the bags going on horses matters.

Donā€™t judge my ā€œinstructionā€ā€¦ Iā€™m absolutely not an instructor and my brain doesnā€™t work that way šŸ¤£ but my 5 year old understands me and thatā€™s all that matters.

Seriously the sweetest c**t. I went out to check ponies before the sun went down so of course I messed with the baby! This boy picks up all 4 feet with ease, lets you mess between all his legs, under his tail, his earsā€¦ you name it. He comes up to you, turns and stands right with you for scratches. Iā€™m very happy with this cross between Nyssa and Gio!

SO excited to announce that Matilda is confirmed in foal to Gio for a March 2027 baby!

Matilda was a late foal, and will turn 4 in July. She is absolutely massive, so sweet and I couldnā€™t be more excited about this cross. I had inquired about her in-utero based off her parents but initially the foal was reserved if born a c**t. Once she was born, I was approached about buying her. Of course, we had also just bought Galant and Nyssa that year as weanlings so what was another foal? šŸ¤£
Our final baby that helped us start PVF is now grown up. šŸ„¹
