Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is having an amazing day so far.
I just wanted to make a quick post to say m policies have been updated to add a few more things and just make sure everything looks clean and professional. The website has not been updated with them yet, but the good form I have for clients to fill out for bookings has been updated to have the policies. If you are a currently client, don't worry you can always message me to update for form to read over the policies and sign to agree to them. For non-clients or soon to be clients, I'll post them down below for you to read over. I apologize in advance for the longer post.
Policies
Please take a moment to read through the policies listed below. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.
Payment
Payment is due in full prior to the start of service. Bookings are not considered 'confirmed' until payment has been received. Same day bookings may be accepted, however, payment must be made before the scheduled time of service.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of service to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice are not refundable.
Timing
I do my best to arrive at your requested time, but visits may vary slightly depending on travel time and other bookings I may have that day. I always make sure your pet get the full time and care they deserve.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, an emergency contact, vet information, and a reliable way for me to enter the home to ensure each visit goes smoothly. If your pet takes medication, please leave a note on where it can be found if it is needed for any visits.
Meet and greets
Meet and greets are required for all new clients. This allows me to meet each pet and the family, learn their routine, care needs, review home access, and ensure we are a good fit for one another.
Photos and updates
I understand being away from your pet can be stressful, which is why I strive to provide clear updates at the end of each visit.
Clients can expect:
Photos of their pets
A summary of the visit
Any concerns or noticeable behaviors observed during the visit.
Holiday booking
Holiday booking requires at least 2 days of advanced notice, anything under 2 days may be denied. Booking during a holiday or holiday weekend is subject to paying holiday rates.
Right to refuse
The safety and well-being of pets, clients, and myself are my top priorities. For this reason, I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at any time if I believe a situation may be unsafe, inappropriate or beyond my scope of care I can reasonably provide.
