🐾🍁 POLICY UPDATES🍁🐾
Now that we're heading out of summer, we have some updates and changes to share with everyone. A detailed email was sent out to all clients this morning - if you didn't get it and you would like to, message us to get your email added to our list!
💛 DAYCARE:
- Rachel will be confirming September attendance with everyone sometime this week, and beginning to work on the October lists as well. We hope to continue to host daycare for the fall/winter. It is *possible* we will be adding a third day of the week to our structured daycare program, updates will be shared ASAP.
- If you'd like to get your pup into daycare, reach out to schedule a trial day and talk with Rachel about how your pup does in our play groups!
- Tues/Thurs Daycare Days will be ⭐$30/dog starting October 1st⭐. Random day boarding on other days of the week will continue to be $25.
💜 SCHEDULING:
- Please understand that while we love being able to say yes to last minute booking and changes, the schedule books out several weeks in advance and it is not always possible.
- Last minute addition of days to your pup's stay WILL result in additional charges going forward. Please remember to stay in communication with us about your plans! If your flight leaves early or you plan to get home late, please think ahead and schedule your boarding for an extra day before or after your trip.
- We may have limited availability for reactive or higher-needs dogs, especially for last minute requests. Our availability is largely dependent on understanding the dynamics of different groups of dogs, so sometimes we have "room" on the schedule for social dogs or regular clients, but are not able to host new dogs or more complicated pups at that time.
💙 OTHER:
- All dogs attending Caniday for daycare/boarding must wear a flat collar. If you bring your pup without one they will be borrowing one of ours 🙂
- Going forward all dogs MUST be vaccinated for bordetella (kennel cough). Along with Rabies and Distemper this is now one of our required vaccines. We are able to offer intranasal vaccines that can be done at their arrival for $30.
