Concessions will be open for Breakfast and Lunch

There is a $20 tie out fee for everyone who has a horse (per family). Even if you are just hauling in for the day or staying off grounds.

See the attached map for parking. The only entrance to come in will be the main entrance, marked in yellow. There are two parking areas, either to the west of the arena or through the cattle barn into the valley. Both are marked on the map. Only cars and trucks are allowed in the upper parking lot. NO TRAILERS IN THE UPPER LOT OR SURROUNDING THE ARENA!!!

Non contestants must have armbands to come into the arena. We will be checking them both in the front and the back of the arena.
Horses must come in the back of the arena (south side).

No horses are allowed on the concrete alleyways in the arena.

No smoking or va**ng in the arena. No dogs in the arena. Dogs must be on a leash or tied to your trailer while you are on our grounds.

𝙃𝙐𝙈𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙑𝙄𝙇𝙇𝙀 𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙄𝙀𝙎 𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝙊𝙋𝙀𝙉!

-Entries are open for 2 weeks prior to every entry deadline (Monday evening prior to the rodeo).
-Set entry reminders on your phones for each rodeo or whatever your system is that works for you to get reminders!
-FEES: High School event fees are $50 per event per day. So if you enter 3 events for both days, you should be paying $300 plus the ACH or credit card fee. $302-$309.
So double check the math on your entries as well. The system works if you are entered in the event the total should be correct.
-Junior high fees are $47.50 per event per day so for the example above your entry fees would be just below $300.
-after you enter, always go check your orders. Your events by day are listed in your orders, immediately following your transaction.
