Heads up: the a/c in the WSY room for Dance & Groove is not working. To practice national group fitness guidelines for safety (AFAA), this will be a lower cardio class and you need to wear COOL clothing & bring water. I am committed to keeping you SAFE while having fun!😊💃
AFAA guideline for temperature safety is in the comments👍

🚨there is no air conditioning in the AOA at WSY. AFAA, national group fitness certification, provides guidelines on room temperature for group cardio fitness (I've added them in the comments). The room is well above it & as such this will be a LOW CARDIO CLASS, and students should wear COOL clothing and bring water. I'm committed to keeping you SAFE while we have fun dancing!💃😊
