It's getting to that time off year again! Christmas parades. Ennis has posted and each entry is 10 horses. I will need a head count on how many horses will be with us. We can have a many humans as we want. I am trying to see if youth/children's wants to do a float. Entry fee has doubled. Each entry is now $40

We will also do corsicana, that is the 5th. Solid mounts preferred as this one gets tight and chaotic.

Mounted shooting practice this sunday! Come join us and learn a really cool sport!

Alright, this is a HOT week. Playday Saturday is showing temps of 105 as the high.

Would everyone rather start at a later time (7pm?) or just cancel this playday and pick back up in September? This weather has been brutal this year.

No open arena event August and September.

Im sorry guys but between concerns of the heat and a stomach bug starting in the house and the fact that most of my helpers are gone, I am going to ahve to cancel this playday. I will see if we can hold an extra in August.

Also do to the cancelations and lack of sign ups. We will no longer be doing a series. All playdays will be stand alone playdays.

Playday this saturday 7/25

We NEED volunteers! I am down a lot of our usualy people. So we need YOUR help.

We are also considering pushing the start tine of the playday to 7pm with the heat index. Is this something everyone would be interested in?

07/19/2026

Just to give everyone a heads up. With canceling today's mounted shooting, we are considering doing 2 events for mounted shooting in August. One will be our typical mounted shooting practice. The other will be a clinic type event for mounted shooting! Will ahve more info soon!
