Sunny (One So True) was adopted as a kitten & sadly put outside when his owner moved. He joined up with a community cat colony so that he could eat. A volunteer scanned him for a chip when she found out he was a possible adopted cat. He came back to us very scared and timid. He has blossomed with love and affection. He loves attention! If you are looking for a sweetheart, this could be your boy!

Asheville, NC
Zelda & Stash are absolutely precious! They love each other & play well together but their foster does not feel they are bonded. They would need a young playmate as they are too young to be adopted alone. If you are looking for sweet, playful kittens just a little on the shy side, these are your girls!

Remember they are BOGO!
What their foster has to say:
Charlie & Sosie – The Best of Both Worlds
Two cats. Twice the love. One very special bond.
If you are considering adopting two cats, Charlie and Sosie are a wonderful pair to consider. They aren't just two cats who happen to live together—they are mother and daughter who have grown up together and genuinely enjoy each other's company.
At 2 years old, Charlie is still young, playful, and full of personality, while her 7-month-old daughter, Sosie, brings all the curiosity, enthusiasm, and kitten energy you could ask for. Together, they offer the best of both worlds.
Sosie is the little entertainer. She is fearless, curious, and always ready for the next adventure. She wants to know what you're doing, investigate everything around her, and turn just about anything into a game. Charlie is playful too and can absolutely keep up with her daughter, but she has a little more maturity and a calmer presence. That means you get two young, playful cats without having two spastic kittens racing around the house at full speed!
They balance each other beautifully. They play together, chase toys together, and can wear each other out when they get the zoomies. Then, when playtime is over, they are happy to settle down and enjoy some quiet time. Charlie and Sosie already know each other, understand each other's personalities, and have a bond that would be difficult to recreate by bringing two unrelated cats together.
And they know how to have fun! Their favorite toys include stuffed mice, paper wads, and laser lights. Sosie is especially impressive when chasing the laser, while Charlie is always ready to race her daughter for a tossed paper ball. Watching the two of them play is guaranteed entertainment.
But their relationship isn't just about play. They are companions. They have grown up together, and there is something special about watching a mother and daughter continue to choose each other's company. They can play, explore, relax, and simply be together.
Both cats are also affectionate with their people. Charlie has a wonderfully loud purr and loves attention once she feels comfortable. Sosie is equally affectionate and wants to be involved in whatever her person is doing. Between Charlie's sweet, gentle nature and Sosie's outgoing, playful personality, they complement each other wonderfully.
Why Adopt Both?
• They already have a strong bond. They aren't strangers being introduced—they are family.
• They're both young and playful. You'll have plenty of fun and entertainment ahead.
• They balance each other. Sosie brings the kitten energy, while Charlie brings a little more maturity and calm.
• They keep each other company. When you're busy, they have each other for play and companionship.
• They can play together. Two cats often means they can burn off some of that youthful energy with each other.
• You get two very different personalities. Charlie is the sweet, affectionate mama, while Sosie is the fearless little entertainer.
• And, of course, twice the purrs and twice the love!
Charlie and Sosie truly seem to have the best of both worlds. They are young enough to be playful and silly, mature enough to have settled personalities, and most importantly, they have each other.
If you have been thinking about adopting two cats, Charlie and Sosie might just be the perfect pair. They are ready to bring their playful antics, loud purrs, companionship, and very special mother-daughter bond into a forever home together.

Apply at fureverfriendsavl.org & a volunteer will be in touch.
