We lost 2 rabbits at fair from Bloat(switching food, I’m guessing) and now we have Bowser who is not looking good. Of course it’s always your favorite that gets sick. Hopefully with some meds and critical care he can pull through. Prayers for our Tri boy 🐰

Forgot to post her other placements, she got Reserve Doe and Litter and 2nd place for her jr doe Scream! We have 2 Rew bucks left in this litter and maybe 5 rabbits in open still available for sale.

We have several Mini Rex that will be for sale tomorrow at Lorain fair and a few brood does at home, we also have 1 holland brood doe that can move out. Let me know if you are looking for anything specific.

Super long day at the fair 13 hours! Makayla got 1st place showmanship for her age in rabbits, reserve in overall showman against all age groups! She also placed 1st in Small animal showmanship. She got to participated in sweepstakes against all small animal winners and placed 7th not bad for not knowing any of the animals lol pigeon, cavy, turkey, duck ,rabbit, fancy chicken and a few other species.

The small animal auction is Thursday, Makayla will have 2 pens of Rabbits for sale. We are at Lorain County fair this week, today was open class judging for rabbits. We got Best of Breed with our Junior mini Rex out 190 rabbits, best of Breed Champagne D’argent and best of breed and best opposite with our Argente Bruns. We had 3 rabbits up for Best in Show and our Mini Rex got 2nd reserve in show of over 420 rabbits! Super fun day, tomorrow we have 4-H judging.

Wow, where did summer go?? Makayla started school, did a high ropes course for college and now we are prepping for fair!! I still have 17 tattoos to do, got nails trimmed yesterday. We have about 15 rabbits that will be looking for homes. Stop out to Lorain County fair and see some of the buns.

Yesterday Makayla went to State fair for her 4-H Cake decorating project. She won 1st place in the state for her division!! Now back to the bunnies 🐰 we have a few mini Rex still looking for homes we’ll get pictures today.
