Lightning is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing approximately 100 lbs. She has the gorgeous body of a German Shepherd with a unique, adorable face that makes her extra special!

Sadly, Lightning was found in her home after her owner passed away. Despite losing the only home she knew, this sweet girl has maintained her happy, loving, and playful personality.

❤️ What makes Lightning so special?

🐾 Wonderful with dogs of all sizes, both large and small

🐾 Good with cats, children, and people of all ages

🐾 Housebroken, obedient, and knows basic commands

🐾 Quiet, friendly, easygoing, and kennels beautifully

🐾 Loves playing with other dogs and children

🐾 Absolutely adores her toys and loves carrying them around in her mouth like a baby!

Lightning is the perfect combination of playful and gentle. She enjoys spending time with people, gets along beautifully with other animals, and has such a happy, affectionate personality.

These photos show Lightning enjoying a grooming session, while the videos capture her playful side with children and other dogs during the summer heat wave!

❤️ Lightning has already experienced the heartbreak of losing her owner. Now she deserves a second chance at a loving, forever home.

🐾 MEET ABBA – SMART, LOYAL & FULL OF LOVE! ❤️

Abba is a beautiful 2-year-old Queensland Red Heeler mix weighing 44 lbs. She is intelligent, affectionate, playful, and ready to find her forever home!

Abba loves people, especially children, and enjoys playing with other dogs. She is energetic, loves running around, playing with toys, going on car rides, and even enjoys bath time!

This smart girl is housebroken, highly trainable, loyal, and incredibly observant. She doesn’t miss a thing, making her a wonderful watchdog and devoted companion. She also sheds very little and loves affection!

Because Abba is strong and energetic, she would do best in a home without very young children.

❤️ Abba’s Medical Information:

* Spayed and microchipped
* Up to date on intake vaccinations
* Dewormed
* 4DX tested – Negative for all four diseases

Abba has so much love to give! She would thrive with an active family who appreciates her intelligence, playful personality, and loyal nature.

🐶 If you’re looking for a smart, loving, adventurous companion, Abba might be your perfect match!

❤️ Let’s find this beautiful girl the forever home she deserves!

The white kitten is a little boy. 🤍 We don’t have much information about their history, but these babies deserve to grow up somewhere safe, warm, and loved—not inside an animal control facility. 🥺❤️

He looks very young and is such a sweet boy, but right now he is understandably very scared. 🥺 The shelter can be an overwhelming place, especially for a young dog who suddenly finds himself somewhere unfamiliar.

Meet Mr. Butters, an adorable male Pit Bull/Basset Hound mix who is approximately 2 years old and has been waiting at the Imperial County Animal Control Facility since August 28.

And trust us—Mr. Butters is worth choosing! 🥹❤️ He is super affectionate, playful, and loves attention. He has already spent more than a month waiting, and we would really love to see him finally walk out of those shelter doors with a family of his own.

💔 THEY LOST THEIR OWNER — PLEASE DON’T LET THEM LOSE EACH OTHER TOO 🐾
These two senior Chihuahuas suddenly found themselves without a home after their owner passed away. 🥺 They have been together from the beginning, and after losing the person they knew and loved, our biggest hope is that they can stay together for whatever time they have left.

🤍 Angel — Senior Female, White Chihuahua
🖤 Senior Male — Black Chihuahua
🐾 Bonded longtime companions
🏡 Hoping to be adopted together

Their exact ages are unknown, but we know they are both senior dogs. The black male also has a tumor on his back that will need veterinary evaluation and care.

These two don’t need much. They need a soft bed, a peaceful home, good meals, affection, and each other. ❤️

Our goal is simple: find them one loving home where they can retire together and live out their golden years surrounded by comfort and love.

Please SHARE ANGEL AND HER COMPANION. Somewhere out there is someone with enough room in their heart and home for two little seniors who have already lost so much. 🥺❤️‍🩹🐾
