We are looking to add the following to our team:

*** Experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver ***

We are a full service lawn care company. We are located Guyton, GA, and operate mainly in Guyton, Rincon, and Pooler.

We are looking for a full time EXPERIENCED dependable crew leader and driver to perform mowing, line trimming/edging, blowing, hedge trimming, tree trimming, fertilization, mulch/pine straw installation, and other general landscaping duties. Also performing regular maintenance on all equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in the Lawn & Landscaping Industry with a working knowledge of all aspects of the job. (mowing your own or your relative's
yard does not mean you have experience in the Lawn Industry)

• 1 year experience in supervising people

• Must have a valid Georgia driver's license, and a good driving record. No DUI's

• Operational knowledge of all lawn care equipment, including mowers, weedeaters, blowers, chainsaws, pruners, and other lawn care maintenance equipment.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Be in good shape and able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, reach, climb ladders in order to perform your duties to completion.

• Must be responsible and dependable, reporting to work daily, including Saturdays if there is a rain out during the week and schedule can't be made up.

• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.

The individual we are looking for should be hard-working, detail oriented, motivated, reliable, and friendly with a great attitude.

There is no smoking on customers properties or in company truck.

You will be required to service customer’s properties completely and with a high standard of quality, and completing scheduled jobs daily.

Starting wages are $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
