Mateo is a ~2-year-old, 90-pound Dogo Argentino who is equal parts big, bouncy, loving, and still very much a puppy at heart! ❤️

This handsome boy is incredibly sweet, smart, social, and friendly. He loves people and wants to be wherever his humans are. Whether that means going on an adventure and exploring the world together or curling up on the couch for some serious cuddle time, Mateo is happiest by your side.

Mateo is an amazing dog who will thrive with a family that understands and appreciates his breed. He is a strong boy and is still learning that his excitement doesn’t always need to involve jumping! Continued basic obedience and positive training will help him become the best version of himself.

Mateo is hearing impaired, so he will need a home that has experience with deaf dogs or is committed to learning how to communicate with and support a deaf dog. His hearing impairment certainly doesn’t stop him from enjoying life—Mateo is ready to experience all the love, adventures, and fun the world has to offer! 🥰

Mateo has not been tested with cats. Due to his large, bouncy nature, we are looking for a home without small children.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED ❤️ Say hello to Zen! He is a 3 yo, 100lb Dogo Argentino. He came to us as a stray from CA, and so we do not know his history, but he is a happy and active boy that will make his forever family very happy!

Zen is a loving and sweet pup and will thrive in the right home. He is bouncy and energetic and will make a great companion for an active and structured home. He loves pets, treats and hanging with his people!

We are looking for Dogo or like-breed experienced adopter as he is very strong and does need some training support. He is a big puppy and will need a family that will continue basic obedience. He can get excited and is learning not to jump up. He is very treat and affection motivated, is smart, and he will learn quickly with a committed adopter!

Zen has been great with all the people he has met in our rescue so far. He can do well with other dogs but is a little overstimulated in a kennel environment. He will do well in a home that can continue proper socializing.

Zen is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped.

🐾 FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! 🐾

Meet Ace! ❤️ This incredibly sweet 4.5-year-old, 30-pound Labrador/Shepherd mix has been waiting with us for over four years, and we would love nothing more than to finally see him in a home of his own!

Ace is a s***ky, energetic, playful, and incredibly affectionate boy. He absolutely loves his people and is a major snuggler. Crouch down to his level and he’ll happily curl right up in your arms for some love. Once Ace bonds with you, he loves his people deeply and forms a very special connection with them.

Because Ace has spent most of his life in a kennel environment, he will need a family who understands that he has some catching up to do when it comes to basic obedience and life skills. He is very smart and eager to please! He loves treats and is happy to work for them!

Ace can be protective of the people he bonds with, so his adopter will need to be committed to working with him on appropriate boundaries and helping him build confidence in these situations.

Ace has a definite soft spot for the ladies and would likely thrive with a single female owner. He could also do well with a couple who are both willing to invest time and effort into building an equally strong bond with him and continuing his training.

Ace does well with other dogs and would love having a canine companion to play with! A securely fenced yard would be ideal so he can safely run, play, and burn off some of his energy. An active home where he can enjoy long walks, hikes, and adventures would be a wonderful fit for him. Ace has not been tested with cats, and because he can be protective, we would recommend no kids in the home.

After waiting for more than four years, Ace deserves the chance to finally know what it’s like to be someone’s beloved dog. He may need a little extra patience and guidance, but the bond you’ll build with him will be incredibly special.

Nanook is a 6-year-old, 48 lb Border Collie/McNab who came to us from an overcrowded shelter. This handsome boy is sweet, smart, and friendly, with a balance of maturity and adventure!

Nanook enjoys spending time with both people and other dogs and has a happy, affectionate personality. As a herder, he’s intelligent and eager to engage with his people, making him a great companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and wants a dog to share it with.

He loves getting out for daily walks, hikes, and exploring the outdoors. Nanook is still working on his leash manners and can be a strong walker at times, especially if he spots a squirrel or bunny that catches his attention. Full of s***k, curiosity, and charm, he’s always ready for an adventure or a play session with his canine friends or favorite toys. Stuffed animals and squeaky toys are his absolute favorites, and he loves keeping himself entertained.

Grayson is affectionate and enjoys bonding with his people, but he can be nippy, so he needs an experienced adopter who understands small dog behavior and is committed to providing consistent guidance and positive reinforcement.

Grayson is pretty well house-trained when kept on a consistent routine and thrives with structure.
