GM Facebook friends, just a little update for you all. We have been sooooooo......... busy this year. We've taken in so many sick and injured cats and kittens. Like never before. And from what I understand we're not the only ones. Other rescues and our shelters have been as well. I come to you asking 2 things. one if you're able to donate to our account at VCA Animal Clinic we'd really appreciate the help.
Just yesterday I was there 3 times with 2 sick kittens. And the other thing is we use a lot of rugs in our kennels. There's especially 2 kinds. The rubber backed bathroom style and the knobby kind( don't know what to call them🙃). I'll put pictures of them.

Farmhouse Cats needs your help ❤️.
We have been asked to help some cats and kittens in need asap. First we have a sweet little calico mom and 2 kittens in need of a temporary foster home. The person caring for them is being evicted tomorrow (Friday). Second is 2 kittens that need a foster to help socialize them. Can you help! We are totally full here at Farmhouse Cats but these cats really need help. Please open your heart and home to help them. It's just temporary. Please don't message me. Call or text 386-314-1384. Ok guys check this out. Unbelievable. Gibson is walking. What a sight to see. Cheer him on👍💪😸🫶🙌. It's only been a week and a day since his accident. And what a sweet boy he is. And comical too. 😍

So the kitty that I posted about that was run over by a car is doing good. But we need a name for him. Let's all put our heads and imaginations together to come up with the best name ever for this little boy who has a long road ahead of him and is such a good brave boy. 😘. And keep sending him healing thoughts and prayers. He's not out of the woods yet. And we still will need surgery in the future.

Well......... Here we go again. I'm sure you guys noticed I don't post very often but when I do it's something wrong. I stay so busy caring for all of the cats and kittens that come into our care that it doesn't leave much time for posting. I'm sure you all understand. Well, here I am again. Mon we got a call about a kitten that had been run over in a driveway. He was rushed to the vets, (VCA veterinary clinic in Edgewater). He has a broken pelvis, hip and leg and they were concerned he might have damage to his bladder. 😞. Poor little thing. He's only about 6 weeks old. Just a little thing to be going through so much. He's a trooper though. We're on a wait and see basis right now but at some point he'll need surgery. First, let's keep him in our prayers and send him good, positive healing vibes. Then we'll cross that surgery bridge. Thank you all for your continued love and support for us and these least souls.

For those of you following Roy Boy progress. We will keep you updated as we go along. He will be going to the vet to see what all we can do to help him. Meanwhile he's safe and as comfortable as he can be for now. Several of you have asked how you can help. Well here's some options for you. We always need canned food. Any kind any flavor we can use. We go through a lot of canned food. And Roy Boy is basically just eating canned. We also need volunteers. Not just for fostering but for help around the cat house too. I also have zelle if anyone wants to donate monetarily. It's through my phone number. 386-314-1384. I really appreciate all your kind words for us and especially for Roy Boy. He needs all the good vibes, love and prayers you can send.
