The back to school litter is 6 weeks old! They all got their first puppy vaccine today. They are turning their noses up at softened kibble and prefer hard kibble now. They also started their 3 day coccidia prevention meds yesterday. There are 5 male puppies still not spoken for. 3 silver, 1 ch*****ne and 1 charcoal. If you are not ready to bring a new puppy into your family yet, please share.

Two more weeks, and they will be ready to go home!

Miracle day 42 update

4lb 2.6oz

She is doing so good. She is eating hard puppy kibble and loves her food. I am still giving her 3 bottles a day. I cant bring myself to stop bottle feeding her. The other puppies are about 75% weaned. She doesn't let her little size stop her and she can be found picking on her bigger siblings. She also lives to sleep in the water bowl overflow pan!

Miracle day 36 update

She weighs 3lb 6.9oz!

She had her first DHPP vaccine yesterday. She got it a week early since she did not get any colostrum and minimal mommas milk. Today she got ger 2nd dose of wormer. She is really loving her soaked kibble and I only have to feed her 4 to 5 bottles per day. Instead of 8. She squeezes herself in between all her siblings to get her food. She is also drinking water out of a bowl. And she loves to play in said water too! And she also thinks the water overflow container is her personal nap area.

She is doing super!! She also got to meet her new family on Friday, although they couldn't hold her yet. I have to be super careful so she doesn't contract any puppy illnesses.
