👑 Meet Princess Jasmine and her little babies!

This sweet group recently joined our EKM Family, and we are ready to share their adorable faces with everyone. The kittens are about 3 weeks old, and Princess Jasmine has been doing a wonderful job caring for her little crew.

We're still getting to know everyone and aren't quite sure of all the babies' genders yet, but we can already tell they're going to keep us busy as they grow!

And can we talk about Princess Jasmine for a minute? She is an absolute sweetheart. She has the softest coat, a gentle personality, and has been incredibly trusting of everyone she's met so far. Despite all the changes in her life recently, she greets people with affection and has quickly won over everyone who has had the chance to meet her. She's the kind of cat that makes you fall in love almost immediately.

In fact, Princess Jasmine is such a kind and loving mom that when we needed a nursing mother for an abandoned singleton kitten, she stepped right up and welcomed the baby as one of her own. If you notice a little white kitten mixed in with the bunch, that's her adopted baby!

As always, this is a great reminder of the importance of spaying and neutering. Every kitten deserves a safe start in life, and preventing unwanted litters helps ensure more cats receive the care they need. 🐾

At this time, we are not accepting applications for Princess Jasmine or her babies. They have plenty of growing left to do before we start thinking about forever homes.

He’s Still Thick! *Pending Meet and Greet*

Thickness is a 2-year-old neutered male looking for his forever home!

This handsome orange guy is up to date on vaccines, uses the litter box beautifully, gets along well with children, and does great with other animals. He's one of those easygoing cats that seems to fit in just about anywhere.

His favorite activities include sleeping, cuddling, snacking, and finding the closest available human to nap next to. Thickness loves being near his people and is happiest when he's curled up beside you (or directly on top of you if given the opportunity).

He's incredibly sweet, patient, and low-maintenance. If he doesn't like something, he simply gets up and walks away. No drama, no attitude—just vibes.

One of our favorite things about him is his unwavering confidence. Despite being a generously-sized gentleman, Thickness is absolutely convinced he can fit into spaces clearly intended for cats half his size. We genuinely wish we could hear his thought process.

He also frequently sits like a tiny middle-aged man with his belly hanging out, contemplating absolutely nothing while paying absolutely no rent. 😭

If you're looking for an affectionate, easygoing companion who gets along with everyone and will happily spend his days napping by your side, Thickness may be the perfect addition to your family. 🧡

Everyone Please Meet Bumbles and Cricket

Over the past few weeks, these tiny guys have been growing strong on bottle feedings, and yesterday they reached a big milestone, their very first taste of wet food! Bumbles the beautiful white boy is simply to cute for his own good, he’s such a ham rolling around in his little pen pawing at the air whenever someone passes by. Cricket our unique little orange blossom, while more reserved simply steals hearts with his big beautiful eyes and oh my goodness the tiny peep of a meow on him. They are gonna grow into such wonderful little boys.

As expected, they were a little confused, very enthusiastic, and somehow managed to wear half of their meal. 😂

Watching bottle babies learn and grow is one of the most rewarding parts of rescue, and we're so excited to share their journey with you. Stay tuned for more updates as these little boys continue to get bigger, stronger, and even more adorable.

Please welcome Mina & Marceline! 💕

These beauties are just over 8 weeks old and have been keeping us on our toes. Yes, they have been informed that looking cute is not a bill paying job. They disagree, and we totally let them get away with it.

Mina is the brave explorer of the duo. If there's something to investigate, she's already there, but in stealth mode. One minute she's across the room, the next she's somehow right beside you seeing what you're up to, staring up at you with those tiny little globes of eyes she has.

Marceline is still building her confidence, but she's making progress every day. Her favorite thing in the world is a string toy, and she'll chase one around until she's completely worn out. She’s simply to cute to handle between her puffy round body and her sweet little lady stache we can’t get enough!

These girls don't have to be adopted together, though we'd absolutely love to see them stay as a pair. They've grown up side by side and are always playing, napping, and causing kitten chaos together.

The girls adoption fee includes their spay,microchip and age appropriate vaccines.

Our Eatonville Kitten Mission family is grieving.

Hello EKM Family, this will be unlike anything we’ve had to share.

On the evening of May 28th, Our dear friend Carrie Cornish and her husband Lonny experienced a devastating house fire that changed their lives in an instant. They lost their home, their belongings, and most heartbreakingly, several beloved personal cats and cats of EKM. This was a terrible accident and an unimaginable tragedy. Right now, our focus is on supporting Carrie and Lonny however we can.

Anyone who knows Carrie knows that caring for cats isn't just something she does,it's who she is. For years, she has poured her heart into rescuing, fostering, bottle-feeding, advocating for, and loving countless cats and kittens. The loss she is carrying right now is impossible to put into words, and our entire EKM family is mourning alongside her.

While Eatonville Kitten Mission is not stopping operations completely, we ask for your patience and understanding as we continue to rally around Carrie during this incredibly difficult time. Some things may take a little longer than usual, and we truly appreciate your grace and support.

To help protect Carrie's space and give her time to process everything she is going through, please direct any EKM questions to Kay Herron or Jackie Kelly. We want to make sure Carrie is surrounded by support without feeling overwhelmed by messages and requests.

In the midst of so much heartbreak, there have been a few small blessings. Since the fire, two of Carrie's outside cats have been found and safely returned to her. Her bottle baby is also continuing to thrive, giving us all a little bit of hope to hold onto right now. We are still praying for the safe return of any remaining missing cats.

Today, we're asking our community for prayers, positive thoughts, shares, and donations if you are able. Every single act of kindness matters. Carrie and Lonny have spent years showing up for others without hesitation. If you've ever had Carrie, adopt a cat (or dog) to you, answer a question, help trap a cat, take in a kitten, offer advice, lend a hand, or simply be there when you needed someone, then you already know the kind of people they are. If you’ve had one of these experiences with them. Please share, they could use any positivity right now.

Applications are officially open for this fluffy little 6 week old sweetheart, but she will not be ready to go home for a couple more weeks!

This girl is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She loves exploring, wrestling with her siblings, and then immediately finding a human lap to curl up in after. We think she’s going to be medium to long hair, and she somehow gets fluffier every single day.

She is incredibly sweet, curious, and full of personality already. She’s being raised in EKM care getting lots of love, attention, and socialization making her a great fit for any home! Bonus points if she can be adopted with her sibling!

Happy 2nd Birthday Thor and Athena!

These two were adopted together back in January 2025, when they were just shy of a year old, and we recently received the cutest update from their family along with some adorable new photos. Safe to say they are thriving in their forever home

According to their human, the pair are “chunky but very much loved,” which honestly feels very on brand for them 😂 They love controlled outdoor exploring, are completely obsessed with food (also controlled lol), and apparently toys and crinkly bags are still the highlight of their daily lives.

We absolutely love seeing bonded pairs stay together and grow up side by side like this. Watching formers of ours, who were looking for a second chance, grow into spoiled, happy house cats it never gets old for us.

Knowing our babies are so deeply loved makes every difficult day in rescue worth it.

Thank you to their amazing humans .shirron and family for loving Thor & Athena exactly the way they deserve. Also to for giving them the space to grow and for helping them find the perfect forever home you’ve been so amazing at finding the best homes 🐾🩵

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a YEAR since former EKM baby Katarena, now lovingly known as Belly (or Bell Pepper 🫑) found her forever home after being fostered by our amazing Brianne at

Belly apparently goes everywhere with her mom “like a purse chihuahua in a bjorn” and sleeps curled up on her chest every single night. In December she even got a new little boyfriend named Butter, and we are obsessed with them already!

Not only that, but Belly has officially become the mascot for her human Mila’s small business, , she’s literally the logo now. Icon behavior only. Please go give Moonlight Menagerie some love and support on instagram 🌙✨

She’s currently rocking pajamas 24/7 while being treated for overgrooming (with her little Prozac prescription 💅) and her mom even stitched the pant legs shorter to fit Belly’s stubby little legs better. We are told accusations of favoritism happen regularly in the household…pretty girls get pretty privilege. We understand.

A huge thank you to Brianne at Friends of Ralphie Foster for loving Belly during her time in foster care and helping find her such an incredible forever home.

Seeing updates like this reminds us exactly why fostering and rescue matter so much.

Knowing our babies are so deeply loved makes every difficult day in rescue worth it. Thank you for loving this sweet girl exactly the way she deserves.

This is Dandy, aka Dandelion, aka Daniel when he’s feeling extra fancy 😭

Applications are officially open for this tiny sweetheart, but Dandy will not be ready to go home until May 10th!

This boy is an adorable level 200 snuggler. Seriously. He MUST be touching a human at all times. Lap? occupied. Chest? occupied. Face while you’re trying to sleep? absolutely occupied. Personal space does not exist in Dandy’s world and honestly he prefers it that way.

Dandy is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and constantly purring. He loves being held, loves curling up against people, and would happily spend all day cuddled up with his humans if he could. He’s the kind of kitten that bonds deeply and wants to be part of every moment. If you’re looking for a kitten who truly just wants to love and be loved, Dandy is your boy!

Dandy is currently thriving in foster care with his other siblings,a tiny human and some pretty crazy dogs making him an ideal candidate for any home!
