Glenwood Springs Homestead & Hatchery Farmhouse Remodel

Remodel includes

- clean out the crawl space
- a complete gut of all interior first floor walls
- a first floor repipe and rewire
- an all new kitchen, entry, laundry room and mudroom
- a remodel of two bedrooms and a bath
- refinish of all wood floors
- air seal the first floor and insulate all walls, ceiling and floors.
- repaint the first floor
- remove and replace rotted siding
- repaint the exterior
- mitigate water leaks throughout the entire house and add venting throughout
- remove existing roof and install a new standing seam metal roof
- remove and replace existing forced air and mini split heating system
- convert an old shed into a studio
