Saying goodbye is never easy, but we have made the difficult decision to close our virtual doors at the end of October. It has been an absolute honor to fill your pets’ bowls over the last 16 years.
Petflow started in 2010 with a pretty simple idea: buying pet supplies should be easier. We were a small, scrappy team that wanted to change the way people shopped for their pets by bringing the pet store to your doorstep and making it possible to get everything you needed without ever having to leave home. It was a radical idea at the time. Along the way, we grew, changed, and filled a whole lot of bowls.
For 16 years, it has been an absolute honor to be a small part of your pets’ lives. We’ve loved getting to know so many of you, answering your questions, helping you find the right food or treats, and, perhaps most importantly, seeing the photos you shared of the pets who made Petflow what it was. Those pictures, stories, and little glimpses into your families have always meant more to our team than you probably realized.
As we say goodbye to Petflow, we also want to encourage you to keep shopping small and supporting your local pet stores. Behind those doors are people who love animals just as much as we do, and your support helps keep those neighborhood businesses around for the next generation of pet parents.
Most of all, thank you. Thank you for trusting us with something as important as keeping your pets happy and fed. Thank you for sticking with us through the years, and thank you for letting our team be a part of your lives. We have had some truly memorable conversations with so many of you, those interactions are what we will miss the most.
