🌈🐾 And just like that, our 3rd annual Rainbow Bridge 5K and Walk is over!

What a whirlwind of a day! Despite Mother Nature making us move our event to another day, Rainbow Bridge was a huge success! 🌧️✨

💜Thank you so much to everyone that registered for our event, ran in our 5K, donated, shared our event, rocked our swag, and/or stopped by to say hey! We are beyond grateful for your support and could not have done this without you all!

Special thank yous to our sponsors (Lexus of Cherry Hill, Michele Peacock Reality, Papa Joe’s Salt, the Youth Alliance, Head to Tail Purrfessional Pet Service, and ServPro), Hainesport Township (especially Donna Casey!), and South Jersey Race Timing (Frank is amazing!). 🌈💜🐾

🏆A major shout out to Laura Miller from Sarama Animal Rescue for completing her first 5K! We are so proud of you and so grateful for your support! Thank you for all that you do!

Last, but certainly not least, thank you so much to my Rainbow Bridge Team! This event and organization wouldn’t be possible without your hardwork and dedication. You ladies are amazing and I am so grateful you all are a part of Poopy Doo’s!! 💜🐾🐶

🚨Given the declared State of Emergency, we will be moving our 5K to next Saturday, October 3rd. Unfortunately, we will not be able to have the race professionally timed; however, everyone’s safety is most important to us which is why we have made this decision.

Next Saturday’s schedule will be as originally promoted (5K check in at 9:15, 5K start at 10:30, Pet Costume Parade at 11:30, Hainesport’s Fall Festival 12-4).🐾🌈

You can still pick up your shirt tonight from 6-8 PM! We will not be able to have an early pick up next Friday.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you can still join us for a day filled with fun next Saturday, October 3rd!☀️

🌧️ Hainesport’s Fall Festival will now take place on Saturday, October 3rd due to the anticipated weather.

How does this affect Poopy Doo’s?

🏃‍♀️🏃Our 5K is still taking place on 9/26!
👻 The Pet Costume Parade will be moved to 10/3
🌈 The Memorial Walking Path will be moved to 10/3
🧺💰 We will choose the winners of the basket auction and 50/50 on 10/3

✨At the 5K, runners will have the opportunity to put in for baskets and purchase 50/50 tickets on 9/26. We are working to find a way to display memorial pictures at the pavilion for 5K runners to see.✨

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your continued support! 💜🐾

🌈🐾 I can’t believe our 3rd Annual Rainbow Bridge 5K and Walk is less than 3 weeks away!

The wind last year wrecked the rainbow strands our memorial pictures were on. Thankfully, I was able to recover all of the pictures; however, I need to rebuild all of the strands this year. Although this is time consuming, it really is nice to go through everyone’s beloved companions that have passed again. It’s really beautiful to think about how much love and joy each pet brought their owners over the years. 💜

📸 If you’d like to add your pet that has crossed the Rainbow Bridge to our Memorial Walking Path, please message us or send an email to [email protected] with a picture of your beloved companion and their name.

Be sure to register for our event before Tuesday, September 8th so you can lock in your shirt and swag! 🐾🌈
