🐠 Introducing Lake Effect Aquatics — Coming Soon to the Tawas Area!
Hey everyone! I wanted to throw this out there and see what kind of interest exists locally for a small home-based aquarium business with big plans.
I'm in the process of building Lake Effect Aquatics — starting from home with the goal of eventually opening a physical shop right here in the Tawas area. Here's what I'll be offering for now:
🖨️ 3D Printed Aquarium Goods
All prints are made in aquarium-safe PETG on a Bambu Labs A1 Combo. Currently printing caves and egg traps (see pictures!) with more designs coming. Custom print orders are welcome — if I can print it without it failing, I'll make it happen for you!
🦐 Sakura Red Cherry Shrimp
My colony is actively breeding right now. I expect to have Sakura Red Cherry Shrimp available within the next few months. These are great beginner shrimp and a beautiful addition to any tank!
🐟 Long Fin Golden Zebra Danios
Currently being raised out — expect availability within the next 6 months. These stunning long-finned beauties are hardy, active schooling fish perfect for community tanks.
🐠 Assorted Fancy Mollies
I have a beautiful variety breeding together including Balloon Mollies, Black Mollies, and Lyretail Calico Mollies. Expect colorful assorted fancy mollies available within the next couple of months!
